I love to use notion for trip itineraries so everyone has pertinent information in one spot! I use it to keep track of important travel details like a packing list, flight itineraries, hotel details (like location, website, check in times, and ways to contact) as well as any and all confirmation numbers. One of my favorite things to do is embed a weather feed that stays up to date, ensuring you pack the right attire. Sharing this with everyone helps me to answer questions I know many of my traveling companions are likely to have. For example, it is easy to keep track of who owes what when paying toward a group excursion, or taking a quick poll to decide an activity.

My friends and I found ourselves enjoyed hanging out in cafes and sink in their different personalities: some good for reading, some good for getting things done, some good for people watching. We decided to start a spreadsheet to share our favorites and also as a motivation to explore different parts of the cities. The spreadsheet slowly became too big and we wanted to have a better way to visualize all the options. With Notion, apart from just a table view, we now also have Gallery and Filter by District views which made it way easier to add and discover! Feel free to explore this template and create your own cafe list!

The goal of a brain board — similar to a collection of bookmarks — is to save and internalize key learnings from the massive amount of articles, podcasts, videos, and other information sources you consume in your life. I built this template to keep track of these takeaways from all the content I was consuming on a daily basis. You can read more about the inspiration behind brain boards here.

This template gives you a general outline for any research or freelance project. it even includes pages for your references and notes from meetings with your supervisor or manager. If you add all your references to the designated database, you can easily populate them on any other pages where they're needed. The ability to have all parts drafted in separate pages to be easily copied over to more formal research writing platforms such as LaTeX is crucial. Furthermore, math equations work well and references can be easily tracked and stored in this format.

I use Notion to keep track of my personal life. It's easy to forget a lot of things, like the last time I took the cat to the veterinarian or replaced the water pump filter, or bought a new tooth brush. Notion lets me check a box so it's easy to see the month when I did these things. Then within every month, I can track daily habits like not drinking soda, working out, and feeding the chickens 🐔

I’ve been searching for a great solution for game tracking for years. This schedule is highly customizable and can be altered for any situation. It is perfect for study for a large test (such as the MCAT) or keeping on top of skills and educational milestones to keep yourself accountable. A "today view" updates daily with spaced repetition dates generated by formulas and also with new topics to learn each day. It integrates linked databases, formulas, shortcuts, toggles, and nearly any notion feature you can imagine!
