This is a simple page I built to display paintings by the artist Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky. In particular, I love that I can resize the images to span the full width of the page. Notion gives you a nice canvas for easily building sites that showcase

This is an app-like recipe manger template. It's super useful for organizing your favorite recipes and the ones you want to try too. I t has embedded timer widget and a unit converter. And, a built in food stickers gallery. The feature I love the most though is the ability to instantly scale your ingredients to change the servings number

I built this task planner to separate and highlight tasks based on their due dates. Now my tasks are automatically categorized, sorted, and surfaced into Today and Tomorrow. I wanted to create a page that would instantly show me what I need to accomplish right now and next, as well as show me me any task I left behind. I use tags to prioritize everything clearly, and gallery view for Today and Tomorrow really highlights my must do's. I created this dashboard of multiple tables to give me a bird's eye view of everything. It uses linked databases that can be opened up in full-page view as needed.

I'm a designer, developer, music producer, photographer and business owner that uses Notion to manage my tasks, projects and goals. I manage two Notion accounts, one for myself and one for my agency collective. With all these moving parts, I use the weekly review, which is apart of the Getting Things Done system by David Allen. The weekly review helps keep everything updated on both Notion accounts. It also helps make sure the tasks Im doing stay aligned with my short and long term goals.

This Notion template is a simple "personal CRM." Depending on the "contact frequency tag" (semesterly, yearly, weekly, monthly) and the date of last contact, it surfaces the people I want to be contacting in the near term. It's an aid for staying in touch with mentors, friends in other cities, and communities.

Hunting for a new job is hard, so I created a tracking template to make it a little bit easier. Use this template to keep track of any job postings you're interested in, which ones you've applied to, and where you're at in the interview process. This is particularly helpful to remind you when to follow-up with recruiters.

I created this home maintenance list for me and my partner to share. Without it, we forget what goes into keeping up our 100+ year old home each season. It's sorted by month, type of task, and where it needs to be done. We have a weekly meeting where we see what needs to be done this month (using a Filter), and what we can work on that week. You can customize it to your climate and needs, too.

This template is my personal task management and habit formation system that can be used to help other people track their daily routines and plan out their daily or weekly I use an in-line calendar to make sure I'm following healthy routines on a daily basis (it's good for stringing together streaks). The template button is also very helpful for generating the same format of task list for each day to reinforce habits and ensure I'm being mindful of what I want to accomplish. I hope this can serve as some inspiration for others who are trying to establish regular and healthy habits in their lives.

This is my system for keeping on top of my to-do's, projects, and collections. The key is to have one main area or topic to focus on per day. So, for example on Mondays, I focus on working with my clients (I'm a freelancer) and planning out new work projects. I call this personal productivity system "Areas of focus," and it's built entirely in Notion. In my case, it covers both my private and professional life, but it can easily be adapted for many other purposes.

This started out as an experiment around importing data into Notion and was an excuse to play around with the new gallery card improvements (which made this possible in the first place). After the initial database was there, it was very easy to create a wide variety of linked databases with various filters and sorting, which led to the dashboard to organize multiple views.

I'm an avid board gamer, so I decided to put all my games into a spreadsheet. I can create tons of useful views with the powerful filter controls, such as "5-player Eurogames" or "Most complex" or "Never played." I also eventually added games I want to buy to the list so that I could send a handy wishlist to friends and family.

There are far too many good shows and movies out there to waste time on mediocre experiences. I built this table to determine what to watch or play next. I basically average my own personal excitement (1-100) with either a Metacritic or Rotten Tomatoes score (also 1-100) and then add a few points to the average for each recommendation a friend has passed my way.

I learned about habit trackers from James Clear's book, Atomic Habits. The basic premise is that if you want to build a habit, you need to track progress in order to motivate you to keep going. This page is my weekly exercise tracker. Each week, I start fresh by moving the existing table to the Archive page and clicking the "Start a New Week" button. Habit trackers really do work! 🙌
