This was a productivity system I have found to really work for me, called the Burner List method, where you have the front burner, the main and most important project with associated to-dos, the back burner, your second project with associated to-dos, the kitchen sink with miscellaneous to-dos, and then some counter space, for anything that needs to be drawn out. It helps you prioritize your projects and get things done. Hope you enjoy!

I created this template because when I've had to search for a job, there was no good way to track what jobs I had applied for, if I needed to follow-up or not, who the contact person was for each one, etc. So I made a template using Notion to track all of that, and more! You can use it to track just the basic info about each position you have applied for, or get as detailed as you want about each position, all activity associated with each one, notes about the company, interviews, etc. It's easy to add new positions, and there's another template for each position that can be chosen in order to start tracking more detailed information about each position as well. **It's the best way to keep track of positions, statuses, resumes, cover letters, other files, activity history and notes for each position you are interested in that there is!**

I created this system (which includes multiple templates and linked tables) after trying multiple different goal setting and tracking systems. **I have taken the best of what I've learned from each of those to make one system that incorporates all of the best parts of the others I have used in the past.** It will work well for very detailed and analytical people as well as for those who are less detail oriented - simply by choosing which goal templates to use when setting goals. The process itself of setting goals and doing regular reviews is the same and will work for everyone! It includes a section to help you determine what your values and priorities are in your life so that the goals you set will be ones that are aligned with those values and priorities -_ensuring that you set goals that are actually important to you personally.</u>_ There is**one master goal list**where all of the goals are entered. And sub-goals can be linked to a parent goal, so that large goals can be broken down into smaller, more manageable ones and help you see the progress you're making toward the large goals which would otherwise normally seem overwhelming. The main page shows multiple tables of linked versions of the master database filtered to only show the currently active goals that should be focused on, based on whether they are big goals, yearly, monthly, or weekly goals. There are **helpful templates** to use for setting better goals and tracking progress on them also. Finally, the regular reviews also use templates which will show goals that have been completed during that time period, and help you judge how well you're progressing toward other goals as well as which new goals you should focus on next.

This template is my personal task management and habit formation system that can be used to help other people track their daily routines and plan out their daily or weekly I use an in-line calendar to make sure I'm following healthy routines on a daily basis (it's good for stringing together streaks). The template button is also very helpful for generating the same format of task list for each day to reinforce habits and ensure I'm being mindful of what I want to accomplish. I hope this can serve as some inspiration for others who are trying to establish regular and healthy habits in their lives.

This is my system for keeping on top of my to-do's, projects, and collections. The key is to have one main area or topic to focus on per day. So, for example on Mondays, I focus on working with my clients (I'm a freelancer) and planning out new work projects. I call this personal productivity system "Areas of focus," and it's built entirely in Notion. In my case, it covers both my private and professional life, but it can easily be adapted for many other purposes.

I'm not only fairly new to Notion, but also new to owning a very small Etsy shop where I plan on selling some simple fan art stickers. As you can imagine, my inventory is really simple and this IMS would be way too simple for even medium-sized businesses. Also, I searched for an IMS in this sub and noticed that others were looking for the same solution so I thought I'd share!
