After researching and building various different dashboards / task inboxes, I've managed to simplify the system whilst still keeping the perks of using Notion overall. The task inbox uses two key databases, the areas and task list. This is something that can be used by a beginner for day-to-day task management 😊

This template is a wiki for my life. It contains pages that help me manage everything from health and religion to projects at work. As soon as I moved everything from Apple Notes, Asana, Wunderlist and Google Drive, I started spending a good chunk of my day getting stuff done in Notion. It's become the ultimate productivity tool for everything in my life.

This template is a visual yearly, monthly and daily planner for organizing your days — complete with trackers, component template buttons, and a personal wiki. For a long time, I used my physical bullet journal as my planner, but it requires a lot of maintenance and it's hard to keep track of moving tasks. I've found Notion to be a great alternative because I can now set due dates and reminders for each task, add reference links and integrate directly into my information system.

I use Notion to keep track of my personal life. It's easy to forget a lot of things, like the last time I took the cat to the veterinarian or replaced the water pump filter, or bought a new tooth brush. Notion lets me check a box so it's easy to see the month when I did these things. Then within every month, I can track daily habits like not drinking soda, working out, and feeding the chickens 🐔

This template is to give yourself a complete overview of what you have experience in the past decade and how those experiences have shaped you as a person. Once you see the past clearly, you can take everything you have learned and plan for what you want to experience and who you want to be in the coming decade. It is a good time to take stock and see your life in a larger perspective.
