I created this template because when I've had to search for a job, there was no good way to track what jobs I had applied for, if I needed to follow-up or not, who the contact person was for each one, etc.
So I made a template using Notion to track all of that, and more! You can use it to track just the basic info about each position you have applied for, or get as detailed as you want about each position, all activity associated with each one, notes about the company, interviews, etc.
It's easy to add new positions, and there's another template for each position that can be chosen in order to start tracking more detailed information about each position as well. **It's the best way to keep track of positions, statuses, resumes, cover letters, other files, activity history and notes for each position you are interested in that there is!**
