Hi! This is The Complete Bullet Journal I've put together in the last few weeks. It includes vision, goals, projects, and tasks to organize and plan your life! Visions should be annual (this is how I use it), goals and projects can be used as monthly objectives or weekly, and they can (and should!) be broken into small tasks. You can connect each one of them to the respective time frame you want to accomplish then: the year, the quarter or month, the week or day... As you can see: all of it is connected. When you open the year page you're gonna see the vision you had set for that year, the projects, goals... And inside you have a page for each month of the year. The monthly page is a separate database, as is the quarter, weekly, and journal. I'm also including a calendar set where you can organize your meetings and events and courses, as well as connect it to your journal, tasks, etc. Everything is connected and everything has its template showing (automatically) all the information you need for that respeclty time frame! ANY DOUBTS feel free to ask me before your purchase, I'll be happy to explain better. Cheers!

I created a database of international/world days, but also some national holidays (Croatia, Canada, Australia, UK, US) for the period of 2020-2022.

Have a look and feel free to duplicate if you find this useful.

The main purpose I see here is including it with a filtered view to a dashboard to show what day/holiday it is today. It can also come handy to marketing people if they prepare content for world coffee day or something like that.

I included a few filtered views and the master database.

There's also a little extra at the end 🎅

I'm not only fairly new to Notion, but also new to owning a very small Etsy shop where I plan on selling some simple fan art stickers. As you can imagine, my inventory is really simple and this IMS would be way too simple for even medium-sized businesses. Also, I searched for an IMS in this sub and noticed that others were looking for the same solution so I thought I'd share!

The resources that I used are linked so that you can try this out yourself too! I thought that I would never be able to use relations, rollups, or even formulas but I did! If you're a total noob like me, instead of copying & pasting RG's low supply warning code, type it out yourself because it helped me understand how if codes work.

Resources Used

Red Gregory's Inventory Management System

  • In fact, use his template instead of mine bc it has more features

Notion YT Video About Relations & Roll Ups

  • Only watched half of it tbh (': but I learned a lot!

Flat Icon

  • For page icon

My setup includes links to the Inventory and Receiving & Dispatch databases then embeds those databases below. R&D is filtered where date is within the past week and sorted by descending date. When you change the filter to the past month, you'll notice that I have added "initial stock" in July and referred to the order numbers from the suppliers and those numbers are positive. Whenever a customer orders something (CO # order_number), it's input into R&D as a negative number. The Quantity rollup in the Inventory database takes that sum. Then that sum and the Minimum number is used in the Warning formula, which will update to red when the Quantity is less than or equal to the Minimum you set; to yellow when the Quantity is 10 less than the Minimum; and to green when the Quantity doesn't match either of those if statements.

Besides that, I swapped the Supplier and Warning columns so that's the only thing that doesn't match the screenshot above!

Short Story: I made these templates out of frustration of the traditional ways like PDF, PPTX, XLS, in my case this template helped me save more time creating BMC's and Lean Canvas, I hope it saves you more time too.

Spend your time adding thoughts, not fixing formation!

Full Story: I don't know if it's just me or is there's somebody else struggles with creating and editing business model & lean canvas!

The templates mostly are available in PDF, PPTX, or XLS formats, which makes using and editing them digitally painful, and printing them is so unnecessary in most cases.

Designed with Lean Thinking in mind

I also tried other plan creation tools like Strategyzer, and it turns out that it's more like mind mapping which was an experience that I didn't enjoy (maybe you will), and it was so basic and doesn't give me much freedom to track changes or make add feedback quickly.

There has to be a better way!

2 days ago, I was creating a Lean Canvas for my latest project, and I said that's it, there has to be a better way! I thought that a great way to build it would be using Notion.

Scratching my own itch!

The first thing I thought about was Notion, so I searched their templates and some other communities that share pages and templates but I found none. I must say it felt a bit wired that nobody thought of making one on Notion, so there was no other way but to make one myself.

So I dedicated the day building notion templates to make it easier for entrepreneurs to create BMC's and Lean Canvas focusing only on the thoughts, not the formation while having the ability to track every aspect and make changes without pain.

Create BMC's as fast as you can think of it

It took me some time to create the template, but it saved me way more time than I could spend on any other available template right now, filling the template was super easy and tracking changes and testing my hypothesis will be much easier and faster thanks to how powerful notion is.

I'm sharing these for all my fellow entrepreneurs to help end this struggle, FOREVER.

  • Ready to use and easy to fill Business Model Canvas & Lean Canvas.
  • Both Canvas are prefilled with Uber example to help you better understand each element.
  • Each element has a question that should help you focus on adding accurate hypothesis.
  • Easy to change and edit, also easy to track changes and pivots.
  • Easy to share and can be viewed anytime, anywhere.
  • Looks beautiful on every device. helpful tips for using this template the right way.

Full tutorial will be available on Youtube soon.

Use this template to easily list and edit openings at your company. Notion makes it simple to make real-time changes to a public-facing, lightweight job site. Each position can be tagged with the date and time added, and the specific team. Don't spend time wrestling with a CMS or over-featured system for job posting when you're just getting started. Add the content you want as easily as creating a doc, and share it with the world by clicking on `Share` and switching on `Public Access`.

Use this content calendar to schedule and track all the content you're putting out — from blog posts to podcasts to tweets. Every item on the calendar is a project, where you can designate the author (or who's assigned), the type of content (article, event, etc.), and its status (scheduled, in progress, complete). Each one is also its own Notion page, where you can stash all related notes, research, multimedia, and do all your writing in one place. You can also turn your calendar into a different type of database view. For example, you can create a board view of this same information grouped by status to see your content moving through stages of completion.

You can use Notion to track project work across your entire team. Tag every task or project by status, team, who is assigned, sprint, and more. Then drag and drop them through every phase of your process to completion. You'll always know who is working on what and what is left to do. You can even open each project as its own Notion page, where you can layer in even more information, research, subtasks, etc. Most importantly, all tags and process stages are fully customizable so your roadmap can work exactly the way you and your team want to work.

I use this template as a database to store all of my frequently bought groceries. I add the price, frequency bought, and a check box (along with many other fields) that indicates I need that to buy that item. I then can switch a view that filters to only the items with a checked box where I can calculate the amount of money I am going to spend when I go to the store.

I'm pretty slow to explore new recipes, but I return to old ones frequently. When my favorite recipe app started inserting annoying ads everywhere, I decided to start saving my recipes into Notion. This has the added benefit of allowing me to keep a photo of what I've cooked attached to each recipe.

I created these two tables to keep track of my invested money, and understand my current liquid value, total growth, average yearly growth, etc. It’s often difficult to keep track of invested money, and it can be a challenge to know which investments are giving you the best bang for your buck. I've included a quick tutorial inside the template to help you get started.

This template is the online version of my real-life library. I have a small personal library of just under 200 books, and I use this page and the databases inside of it to keep track of what I have, what I want, and what I’ve read. This library is ever-growing (and I apparently have trouble actually reading through it — please don’t judge my read count haha), but I like to keep it well organized. I’m actually studying to become a librarian, so I see this as a good practice!

I made this for personal use to keep track of my reading list. I use it with Notion's web clipper. The new articles are added to the first view ''list''. I created other views and named them as categories. The tags help with search at a later time. I wanted to keep this list on Notion instead of Pocket or another reading app. Since Notion allows for different view options and more customization.
