This was a productivity system I have found to really work for me, called the Burner List method, where you have the front burner, the main and most important project with associated to-dos, the back burner, your second project with associated to-dos, the kitchen sink with miscellaneous to-dos, and then some counter space, for anything that needs to be drawn out. It helps you prioritize your projects and get things done. Hope you enjoy!

Having worked as a Salesforce Administrator for over 3 years, I've replicated the type of structure that you'd see in a traditional relational CRM e.g. Salesforce (although obviously it's a lot more simple). It includes separate but connected databases for sales, companies, people, meetings and products. This design enables you to get a 360° view of your prospects, as you'll link all of your records of various types to the same page for your prospect.
This template enables you to: • Record communication with clients, manage their projects and the tasks that feed into them • Automatically schedule follow ups with clients, when it's been a while since you last spoke • Keep track of your / your team's productivity in terms of projects, tasks and communication, along with the status of upcoming/overdue items • It's intended to be integrated with your CRM to give you a 360° view of your interactions with your clients
I see someone request a system that they can use to replace Jira in Notion almost every day so I collaborated with the CTO of the startup that I work for to create this template. Needless to say, this isn't a full Jira replacement but we were able to replicate a lot of the core structure. You'll have everything that you need here to get up and running, and it'll serve as a solid foundation for you to build on.
Share your brand assets and your guidelines with collaborators in this showcase page. It includes sections for: • About Us • Fonts • Brand colours • Logos • Figma files
This template provides an all-encompassing system for organising and monitoring employee development and feedback. This template is based on one of the original guides for creating OKRs, developed and made famous by Google.
