Use this page to keep a running history of all your one-on-one meetings with a teammate. You can create this page in the Private section of your sidebar and share it with just the other person. It will then appear under Shared and only be accessible to the two of you.

This template enables you to: • Record communication with clients, manage their projects and the tasks that feed into them • Automatically schedule follow ups with clients, when it's been a while since you last spoke • Keep track of your / your team's productivity in terms of projects, tasks and communication, along with the status of upcoming/overdue items • It's intended to be integrated with your CRM to give you a 360° view of your interactions with your clients

I'm a professor at an arts college, and using Notion for my syllabus allows me to edit my assignments at any point during the term, keep track of students’ work, and experiment with collaborative projects in just about any medium.

I see someone request a system that they can use to replace Jira in Notion almost every day so I collaborated with the CTO of the startup that I work for to create this template. Needless to say, this isn't a full Jira replacement but we were able to replicate a lot of the core structure. You'll have everything that you need here to get up and running, and it'll serve as a solid foundation for you to build on.
